2018 Kawasaki Ninja 650 Top Speed
2019 Ninja 650 top speed 100mph?
I've had this bike since last summer, just recently i noticed that it tops out in 6th gear red line at 100mph exactly (rev limiter wont go past ~10k rpm).
The motorcycle is a 2019 Kawasaki ninja EX650JK ABS and from what i have seen online, it should go at least 130-140mph.
I've noticed the rear sprocket is changed to a bit of a larger one, there is also no ecu tuning chip that i could find. Exhaust is stock as well. I cannot find anything like this online, any ideas?

Think that sprocket is the key to your issue

IIRC, a larger rear sprocket increases acceleration at the cost of a lower top speed. So that is likely your issue. You accelerate faster than stock, but you lose that 20-30mph top speed

Stock gearing should get you to the 120s in most conditions.

My Honda CB300R reaches 87Mp/h with stock sprockets and I'm going to increase 1 tooth on the front sprocket.

You have a dinner plate for a rear sprocket, and potentially -1 or more in front.

Elevation, wind, gearing, and how ticked you are will massively affect top speed on your bike.

Full throttle in 6th gear redline will restrict me from going above 100mph exactly. I've never seen 101, including going downhill. The bikes rev limiter kicks in at the redline (100mph 6th gear), and the back tire feels like it's catching or stuttering. I'm also fairly light at around 140-145lbs. I will change back to the stock sprocket when my exhaust comes in, and will report back as soon as I do.

Is it restricted from the ecu? My mate has a 2018 thats restricted and it tops out about 105ish
level 2
Restricted in what way? From what I looked there should be no governor or even speed limiter unless it's an Australian version of the bike or something like that.

My R3, a less powerful bike, can go around 110-115 and I weigh the same as you. So as others have said it's likely mechanical (that sprocket)

My ninja 650 tops out at about 114mph.
As far as I know it's still stock sprockets.
Tbh I'm a chonkier rider at about 20st so that probably has an effect.

I find that hard to believe. My drz400 tops out at 95 and I had an sv650 which ran to 120. The ninja should do at least 120-130. Maybe its governed? and like you said the rear sprocket looks as if it could have been changed that could definitely be the culprit. Look at the sprockets and figure out what they are and look up what the stock ones are online.

The original was a Sunstar 46 and now it is a Vortex 452A-52
